What we keep when you send the form

Your name, phone number, email, the service and town you pick, and what you write about the job. It goes to our customer inbox, Themis, so we can call, text or email you back and keep track of the job. If you’d like us to delete it, call (970) 782-2811.

Text messages

If you text us, or ask us to text you, we use your number only to text you about your job. Texts are sent through Twilio and kept with your job in Themis. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. The full rules are in our terms.

What we record about a visit

When you first arrive we note the page you landed on, the site that sent you (for example a search engine), and any campaign tags in the link. If you send the form later, that note goes with your message, so we know which ads and posts bring people here. We don’t run analytics or advertising tags on this site.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. The page animation scripts load from the jsDelivr network, which sees your IP address the way any website host does.

Cookies and storage

The site sets these and nothing else:

• visit_source (cookie, 90 days): the landing page, referring site and campaign tags described above. Only this site can read it; scripts on the page can’t.
• cookie-consent (stored in your browser, 12 months): whether you pressed Accept or Decline on the cookie notice.
• gutvil-intro (stored in your browser until you close the tab): that the home page’s opening animation already played, so it runs shorter when you come back to it.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as Decline. You can change your choice any time.
