These are the terms for Gutvil Excavation’s website, phone line and text messages. Gutvil is an excavation, stonework and construction contractor based in Summit County, Colorado, working all over the state.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Gutvil Excavation (“Gutvil,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, our website chat, or our phone and text line at (970) 782-2811, you agree to them.

Prices and work

Luis prices every job himself after he hears about it or sees it. Nothing on this site, in a chat or in a text is a quote. Your price is the written estimate we give you, and the job is governed by the agreement you sign with us.

Who answers

Calls, texts and website chats may be answered by an automated assistant working for Gutvil. It does its best to be accurate, but it can get things wrong; a person confirms prices, dates and anything that matters before work is scheduled.

Text messages

Program: Gutvil text line, (970) 782-2811.

What we send: answers to your questions about your job, estimate and appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups on your request. No marketing blasts.

How you opt in: by texting us first; by ticking the optional “Text me about my request” box on our contact form; or by saying yes when we offer to text you on a call. The box is never required to send the form.

  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After you reply STOP we send one message confirming you’re opted out and nothing more. Text START to opt back in.
